As we expand our market presence, we're seeking a motivated High Level Insider Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Able to prospect and generate new business opportunities through directed outbound calls. Also work from an existing client database and generate new sales
● Perform calls to prospective clients to qualify new business prospects or generate leads and new business. Contact will primarily be on the phone and email
● Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
● Record daily and weekly sales activity reporting, including backlog and opportunity tracking, sales call activity, and related information
● Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to meet weekly/monthly productivity goals and incentives
● Develop and manage a list of current and potential customers via follow-up, networking, prospecting, customer referrals, etc.
● Able to identify and properly qualify business opportunities and create value based upon the customers’ needs
● Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives
● Effectively communicate with supervisor any customer issues or potential problems
● Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of territory
● Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to expand business
● Research competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customers incorporating this data in the business plan
● Create proposals, quotes, and review contracts
Requirements:
● Maintain a working knowledge of all products offered and educate customers on the benefits
● Ability to work within a team environment but still work independently
● Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills
● Must possess a strong desire to serve the customer & provide effective communication methods. Upbeat, positive “can do” person; build rapport easily
● Strong work ethic and time management skills with the drive to produce in a high-expectation environment
● Must possess the organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines as needed
● Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations

● Strong Internet, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office Skills needed for success

Qualifications/Skills Desired:
● Clear Communication with the ability to speak to customers, answer questions, and overcome objections
● Prior call center or phone based experience preferred
● General understanding of home ownership; knowledge of in home
● construction/repair is a plus but not required
● Be open to change and highly coachable
Compensation and Benefits:
● $30,000 to $50,000 annual salary, Negotiable, based on experience
● Paid Training provided plus commission pay
● In office work environment
● Free parking in our private lot

● Call Center hours 8am-8pm Eastern 7 days a week; Full Time 12pm-8pm Mon-Thr Sat 9am-2pm
