Greeting clients in a welcoming and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Providing general administrative assistance when required
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist role
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of common tax forms and files is a plus
