Full-time employment.
Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework:This position will have the option to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, reporting to the headquarters location (Hollidaysburg, PA) will be required.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Four years of civil engineering experience, and an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists;or
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or in a closely related field, which includes or was supplemented by major course work in civil engineering;or
An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes possession of an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within nine months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
Conditions of Employment:
This position also requires possession of a valid driver's license which is not under suspension.
