You will be a primary technical point of contact for large, complex software development projects. Responsibilities include making or setting tactical-level decisions and procedure guidelines, limited in scope to the specific applications assigned and subject to review by superiors. You will also serve as a liaison between application stakeholders and IT resources to ensure successful delivery of project work, as well as coordinate and participate in applications development activities, serve on various work groups and committees on behalf of a specific application, and ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations and requirements. Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as an Applications Developer 2 or Computer Programmer 4;or

Five years of information technology experience that includes three years of experience in applications development or applications maintenance;or

Three years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and an associate’s degree in any information technology field;or

One year of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field;or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.
