What you’ll do…Assist with the check-in/check-out process and provide a warm, personalized greeting.Contact guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or specific guest preferences.Listen to guest concerns, log incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance, etc., are aligned with guest expectations.Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests, following hotel protocols.Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring on online platforms.Record preferences, habits, and useful notes for future stays.
