Payroll Clerk

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, 02860, United States. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be tasked with managing the payroll of a significant number of employees, utilizing the SAGE system for in-house payroll processing. You will be expected to handle both salaried and hourly employees' payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage and process weekly payroll for approximately 1200 employees Accurately differentiate and handle payroll for salaried and hourly employees Utilize the SAGE system for in-house payroll processing Ensure the timely submission of timecards by all employees Coordinate with the HR team regarding benefits and HSA Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records and reports. Requirements Proficiency in managing payroll functions. Experience in processing weekly payroll. Ability to handle all processes related to payroll.
