Executive Sous Chef

Executive Sous Chef position available in a European inspired iconic Rhode Island restaurant with numerous coveted awards including the AAA 5 Diamond award is seeking a professional candidate for full time position. Please be motivated, passionate and service oriented. Applicates must be food safety certified, organized and familiar with inventory methods, food cost tracking, training and recipe documentation. Minimum of three years experience in full service fine dining kitchens as an Executive Sous Chef. Salary is $80,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
