Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction type job to assist for residential properties. This position involves outdoor work including during cold weather conditions, so applicants must be comfortable working outside and performing physical labor.
You’ll work alongside another worker, helping to prepare job sites, move materials, assist, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Assist lead installer.
Prepare and clean up job sites before and after installation.
Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Work effectively as part of a small team in outdoor environments.

Requirements:
Must be dependable and punctual.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in cold or inclement weather.
Basic hand tool knowledge preferred (training available).
Must have reliable transportation to job.
Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
