Job Summary:
We are looking to hire hard-working and dedicated associates to help salvage the components from un-usable, end of life pallets. You will be responsible for cutting, sorting, and collecting pallet wood to be used in production of repairing and building pallets.
The above is a general description of the nature of the work that will be performed. All associates may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, categorize and sort usable salvage components
- Cut salvage components for use in production
Types of equipment that will be used:
- Pallet Dismantlers
- Reclaim Saws
- Chop Saws
Basic Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drug free
- Have quick hands, attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have the ability to sit / walk for up to 8 hours per day
- No limitations to lift or carry items up to 55 lbs
- Work well with others and independently
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to grow / learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced labor-intensive environment
- Maintain a clean & safe workspace
- Be able to follow policies, procedures, and all safety protocols
- Hard worker

Hours:
Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM
Overtime available as business requires
