Sales Representative

Position Overview:
As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
Engage with current policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Efficiently manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
Design and recommend insurance plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Qualifications:
Sales-oriented mindset; prior insurance experience is not required
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques and industry trends
Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals
Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License (cost covered by employer).
