Job Description:
As a Process Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting our non-profit partners by efficiently handling data entry tasks and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adept at typing data quickly and accurately, assisting with special projects involving substantial data input, and operating common office equipment such as scanners and printers. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating information in files, documenting data, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete.
Responsibilities:
Type in data quickly and efficiently
Assist with special projects requiring large-scale data entry
Provide administrative support as needed
Operate common office equipment including scanners, printers, and computers
Search for and investigate information contained in files
Document information accurately and ensure completion of all required paperwork
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Proficiency in operating common office equipment (scanners, printers, computers)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Title experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Working Hours:
Part-time position, 32 hours per week
In-office role located in Middletown, RI

Essential Functions:
Open mail and sort documents.
Redeem valid titles accurately.
Rectify incomplete titles and initiate necessary remedies.
Process title work and manage remedies efficiently.
Apply for salvage titles adhering to State regulations.
Manage finance-related vehicle titles.
Ensure accurate execution and mailing of titles to point of sale (POS).
Coordinate with auction facilities for vehicle disposition.
Resolve all title-related issues promptly.
