Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
Respond to client inquiries and route messages to the appropriate team members
Maintain a clean and organized reception and office environment
Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing client documents
Maintain accurate digital records and help uphold firm standards
Support internal team with general administrative tasks as needed
