Position Summary
We’re currently hiring for either a full or part-time (25-30 Hours Per Week) Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential residents and play a key part in the leasing process and overall resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
Advertise available units on rental platforms
Show apartments to prospective tenants
Process rental applications and screen tenants
Prepare and execute lease agreements
Respond to maintenance requests and resident inquiries
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Must have reliable transportation
No real estate license required
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
