Car body Man/Mechanically inclined to help restore 1970 Chevelle

I have garage and tools looking to seperate chassis from body of 1970 Chevelle to repaint chassis and undercarriage and restoration of cleaning and painted engine compartment/ trunk and if u have the skills to do bodywork to entire car NO Rust car was garaged last 30 years it is a 8 out of 10 condition please let me know yours skills and possible if u have own garage and tools it can go either way I have the skills just no time.
