Job Summary;
The Skilled Laborer / Carpentry Helper will support residential remodeling projects, with a primary focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. This role requires hands-on experience, strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to complete tasks independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities;
Assist with and perform residential construction and remodeling tasks
Support kitchen and bathroom renovation projects from demolition through finish work
Perform carpentry-related tasks including framing, trim, installations, and jobsite preparation
Load, unload, and safely transport materials and tools
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as required
Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
Communicate professionally with clients when on-site
Follow project plans, schedules, and company standards
Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications;
Prior experience in residential construction, remodeling, or carpentry
Working knowledge of kitchen and bathroom renovation processes preferred
Valid driver’s license (required)
Comfortable driving a company truck
Own basic hand tools, including a drill set and tool belt
Strong time-management skills and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance, communication, and attitude
Ability to lift materials and perform physical jobsite work
