Provide a consistent and high-quality personalized food and beverage service to all the guests, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to customer service, cleanliness and personal development.Demonstrate a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness and acts as a role model to other colleagues.Efficiently and accurately take orders according to Velaa service standards.Coordinate service with colleagues and work as a team.Maintain a clean, organized, safe and orderly work area and ensure to follow the HACCP & general hygiene standards and operating procedures.Create a comforting environment for guests and work on making personalized and memorable special moments for all guests.
