Inside Sales Representative

Seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work with a well - known manufacturing company!Location: Warwick, RI (possibility to transition into hybrid schedule)Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:30PMDescription:● Support customers, staff, representatives, wholesalers, andcontractors to further increase sales and create world class customer experience● Identify and establish tools for customers to efficiently interface● Advise on product selection and list price quote generation.● Direct and coordinate all inquiries on RGAs, credits, status updates, training, etc toappropriate departments.● Liaise with customers and staff to resolve order issues in timely manner.● Greet walk-in customers in a professional manner, answering questions about product lines● Travel to trade shows, and wholesale accounts as needed.● Extraordinary and additional tasks as required during the course of the business year.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Skills and Competencies:. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong MS Office / G-Suite skills. Ability to quickly learn new and specialized software.
