IT Intern

The IT Intern will play a key supporting role in daily operations. This position is designed to assist in maintaining smooth IT functions while allowing the IT lead to focus on high-priority infrastructure projects, ongoing network migration, and alignment with Accor compliance standards.                                 Specific Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for basic IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems.Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues to ensure optimal functionality.Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure throughout the hotel, including cabling and equipment setup.Other Responsibilities:Creating training materials and documentation for end-users on various IT topics. Maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventory, network configurations, and other relevant information. Providing administrative support to the IT team, such as preparing, managing emails, and handling help desk tickets.Researching new technologies and potential solutions to address technical challenges.
