DescriptionEnergy Efficiency Analyst, Program Operations (Hybrid)Location – Columbia, MD (Hybrid: Remote and Columbia Office)Are you ready to make a difference?Are you interested in providing Program support for ICF’s Utility Programs and Services Division? You will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. The Analyst will be part of the Maryland Operations team and work with a cross-functional team of program management, marketing outreach, and technical personnel. Analysts at ICF have an opportunity to apply their academic and industry knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, interact with experts and clients in the field, and build content knowledge and consulting skills.Why you will love working here:

What you will be doing:

Liaise with marketing and program management teams to track/resolve action items

Manage email marketing campaigns

Update program documentation and oversee version control of documents on SharePoint

Update slide decks with marketing updates

Write and/or coordinate award submissions, newsletters, and speaking engagements for clients and internal staff

Edit documents for consistency in style, voice, word usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and reference citation format

Adhere closely to our house style and client style guidelines

Develop and edit simple graphics

Coordinate with marketing teams on inventory orders to ensure program teams are fully supplied with materials for events and outreach initiatives

Work with office admin personnel to keep the office’s marketing closet organized and fully stocked

Coordinate business card orders

Perform SharePoint maintenance

Assist with branding updates across documents and sites when needed

Document operational processes and implement streamlined processes where applicable

Maintain and update shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff has access to the latest versions of materials

Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related subject preferred but not required)

(or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)

Ability to edit and improve written documents

Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
