Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our Maintenance Engineering team, dedicated to establishing equipment maintenance procedures and solving technical problems related to manufacturing equipment. You will be instrumental in the repair and improvement of manufacturing and facilities equipment and processes. You will also troubleshoot manufacturing and building system problems, organize and complete repairs, assist other technicians with complex troubleshooting issues, and develop preventative maintenance procedures to prevent equipment downtime. Your role will be crucial in driving continuous improvement efforts, leading reliability efforts by analyzing data, and driving long-term solutions and processes. You will advise supervisors on the need for outside services, work with service representatives on equipment, plan and lead projects, support the production team with equipment support and/or training, and communicate effectively with internal customers regarding equipment status.Hard Skills
