Sample Control Specialist

Position is Full Time, Wednesday-Saturday, 10-Hour Shifts, 7am-5pm and would include any holidays that fall within those days. Weekends may be requested as well as overtime and holidays based on business needs.Manufacturing sample pick-up 2-3 times daily or as requiredQC Sample receipt and GMP documentation of sample movesTransport, dispensing, and distribution to the internal and external testing labsAnnual Inspections and Inventory counts for Retain MaterialAnnual Inventory of Stability MaterialAnnual Inventory of Reference StandardsReceipt of incoming shipments and processing of temperature monitorsEnsure effective and robust processes for sample documentation filing, archival and retrieval.Responsible for proper administration and adherence to all client policies and proceduresAdherence to all, regulatory licenses and regulationsInterfacing with key Quality and manufacturing customersCoordinating inventory reconciliations with the impacted the QC department
