Job Title: Administrative Assistant C Job Code: 15717 Job Location: Greenville, TX Schedule: 9/80 Clearance: Active Secret (or greater) Clearance Job Description: Responsible for all administrative responsibility consisting of creating presentations/weekly reports, scheduling meetings/morale events, booking travel, submitting expense reports, managing leadership/conference room calendars, proposal tracker, and other departmental administrative tasks assigned in support of the Program Office Team. Management of departmental leadership calendars and conference room scheduling. Essential Functions: The qualified candidate must be able to:
Managing Leadership calendars and meetings
Scheduling Departmental Meetings
Monitoring/Ordering Department administrative supplies
Booking Departmental business travel
Tracking and submitting Departmental travel and other expense reports
Creating/Revising departmental reports
Escorting Vendors in business area
Submittal of Departmental Administrative documents
Update monthly business review charts
Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six (6) years of prior relevant experience; Or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Experience in managing administrative duties for a business office or small team.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Active Top Secret clearance
2+ years experience with Microsoft Office Tools
Excellent verbal and written communication
Driven and resourceful to manage own workload, with flexibility to prioritize and deliver against deadlines with minimal supervision.
Remains resilient and reliable under pressure
