Property Management company in Seneca, SC is seeking a maintenance person with a positive attitude and a desire to grow with the company. Must have general carpentry and handyman skills, be organized and effectively communicate with others.
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Must be available for emergencies after hours and on weekends.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Key skills should include:
Repairs: Perform general maintenance and cleaning; including cleaning off roofs, decks, gutters, and parking areas, fix plumbing and small electrical issues, replace broken windows
Installation: Install appliances, shelves, smoke alarms, window, and door locks
Painting: Paint surfaces and/or stain
Carpentry: Replace/repair stairs, decks, and be able to use a wide variety of power tools
Be able to perform exterminations for a variety of pest
Have own reliable transportation and trailer to haul old furniture, appliances, etc. off
Current driver’s license
Mechanical aptitude and strong critical thinking skills
Flexible schedule
Good work ethic and ability to take instructions
Good communication skills
