Hiring Independent Contractors/Service techs Full time or part time

We are a property maintenance company looking to Hire full time and part time maintenance techs in the Greenville, Clemson South Carolina area. This is a 1099 position for at least 30 days after 30 days if you want to apply for a full-time position as a w2 employee you can or you can stay as a 1099 contractor. We cover all insurance, Weekly pay every Friday, our pay rate is 35 to 40 dollars per hour per job pay. It's basic handyman work. We have immediate openings available, and we pay through same day cash App or Venmo and we offer fuel bonuses as well. We have plenty of year-round work. Work schedule is very flexible.
