Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, extruders, and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and maintain detailed records of work performed.
Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
