Job Title: Senior Architectural DesignerJob DescriptionIn this role, you will develop, modify, and review drawings in accordance with established standards. You will be responsible for performing basic architectural assignments, compiling data, carrying out basic design computations, and preparing architectural plans, design details, and renderings. You will also be expected to utilize company project templates for project execution, adhere to our QA/QC process, and maintain accurate timekeeping and reporting. As our representative, you will uphold the company's positive and professional image in all communications. You will also participate in project and company meetings, identify training opportunities for improvement, and provide feedback on company policies and procedures for continual efficiency improvement.Hard Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing architectural projects within local government and K-12 Schools
Proficiency with Photoshop, Sketchup, or related graphic programs / BIM and Microsoft Office 365
Strong architectural design experience with AutoCAD or Revit (Revit is a Plus)
Soft Skills
Ability to collaborate with a team and develop designs on a day-to-day basis
Positive and professional communication skills
Ability to identify training opportunities for improvement and participate in them
