Elite Coastal Landscaping is an established, reputable landscape and hardscape design and installation company expanding into a brand-new division—and we're looking for a driven Account Sales Manager for Landscape Maintenance to help lead that growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background in landscaping, bidding, or service-based contract sales who wants to build something from the ground up and earn exceptional income.
What You'll Do:
Identify, pursue, and secure new landscape maintenance contracts.
Call on new-home communities, apartment communities, HOA boards, community managers, and residential developers to generate and develop new commercial accounts.
Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building to estimating, bidding, and closing contracts.
Track opportunities, prepare proposals, and present competitive bids.
Build long-term relationships with key decision makers across the housing and property management industries.
Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience with a portfolio of landscape sales, contract bidding, property management, construction, or related fields.
Strong understanding of how to estimate, bid, and win service contracts.
Familiarity with HOAs, community managers, housing developers, and multi-family properties.
Highly motivated, dependable, energetic, and self-driven personality.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently locate new opportunities and build a pipeline from scratch.
