Computer and Printer maintenance, hardware troubleshooting and other tier-1 IT tasks
Support assembly & Fabrication areas in IT Topics.
This role provides maintenance of systems associated with production processes as needed, with the guidance of the IT Leadership.
Supports the implementation of new technologies, processes, and equipment.
Troubleshooting equipment like computers, printers, scanners, etc.
Network troubleshooting.
Deployment of new workstations from the IT perspective.
Support users from all areas with technological difficulties/issues.
Work with ATOS/IT Service Desk to resolve IT Issues.
Research unusual issues/solutions the site may encounter.
This role works mainly on 1st shift and weekends as necessary and planned.

Associate degree in an IT area
One year of experience with IT Hardware (PC's, Printers Monitors, etc)
Troubleshooting skills
Network skills
Data and Video Cabling
All three shifts availability (based on plan/schedule); role may directly support weekend production schedules
Knowledge & understanding of MSFT Windows, Internet, Office, etc
6 or less Attendance Points (for internals)
Be able to lift 30 lbs
Able to complete Scissors lift certification
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP, Electronica and DMM is a plus
