job detailsWe are seeking maintenance technicians (A,B,C - based on experience) to join our expanding team! What a day in the role will look like:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to identify and resolve problems promptly.
Conduct repairs and overhauls of equipment to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used, repairs made, and time spent.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as required.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials, and order replacements as needed.
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance as required.
This is a 12 HR 2-2-3 shift (7p-7a) THIS ROLE REQUIRES PASSING A RAMSEY EXAMsalary: $54,100 - $64,916.8 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 7 PM - 7 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesAdheres and maintains to all safety rules, regulations, and standards.
Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Separate scrap materials from trash and place in appropriate bins.After completing daily tasks cleans the entire work area, makes sure it is free of clutter and debrisPerforming all duties related to maintenance including installation and wiring of equipment; performing PMs and repairs; forklift certification; working at heights certification for scissor and boom lifts; fall protection certification; install and change lighting fixtures and bulbs; perform these and all other duties as assigned.The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
working weekends
