This role ensures alignment of program objectives with client priorities, driving performance, governance, and innovation to achieve exceptional outcomes on complex, high-profile projects.LeadershipProvide strategic leadership and oversight across all program components, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes within the integrated team environment.ClientAct as a trusted advisor and extension of the client’s leadership team, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance culture.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives, ensuring proactive engagement and issue resolution.Technical/Professional ExpertisePlan and manage full project lifecycle—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and close-out.Oversee planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams and disciplines.Drive program performance against schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Financial/Project ManagementOwn project financial performance—forecasting, billing, variations, and margin delivery.
