Laboratory Intern - Eurofins Built Environment Testing - Fort Mill, SC

This position serves as an entry level internship position working in the PLM, TEM and IAQ departments.  Internship is a full time temporary position with the potential to extend part time through the school year. Intern will assist all areas of the laboratory with administrative and basic laboratory tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to cleaning and maintenance of equipment, sample handling and login, sample preparation, and general administrative tasks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:·       Regular attendance and punctuality·       Assist with quality control administrative tasks·       Receive customer correspondence and direct the information to the appropriate personnel·       Prepare samples for analysis·       Log in client samples·       Stock laboratory supplies·       Maintain, clean and prepare glassware and other laboratory equipment·       Assist with special projects as needed
