Salary Range: $40.00 - $66.00Job SummaryThe Lead Government Program Administrator develops infrastructure, standards, and policies and procedures for government programs and participates in the strategic development of its products and services. Serves as principal contact with internal staff and regulatory agencies relative to government products and services. Leads and facilitates the management of the benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange of the government products in support of business objectives. Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to state and federal regulations. Works collaboratively with operational units to ensure the products are accurately defined, communicated and configured; all member communications are compliant and data exchanges and reports are accurate, timely and meet federal requirements. Maintains responsibility as the subject matter expert on government products and processes. Serves as a leader, and member, of cross-functional teams involved in product development, implementation, process improvement, and education. Serves as the regulatory interface and liaison. Responsible for the overall management of government program certification, quality reporting, member materials and website content, and regulatory and statutory standards and requirements. Other special projects as assigned. Occasional travel required.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required.
