7 on /7 off shifts, 7a - 7p, Tuesday to Monday
Physician swing shift coverage until midnight
No Peds, OB, or Trauma
No codes – Rapid Response Team
No after hours call
Reasonable census
Closed ICUs staffed by Intensivists
