Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the legal industry, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role primarily focuses on maintaining an organized and efficient reception area, handling phone operations, and ensuring effective communication within the office. Responsibilities: Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and relay phone messages accurately. Demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft for various administrative tasks. Use Tabs3 software for managing time entries and other relevant tasks. Maintain organized records and files to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients, visitors, and team members. Display exceptional organizational skills in managing tasks and responsibilities. Conduct all tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Implement phone coverage strategies to ensure all calls are attended to. Assist in other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Requirements Applicant must possess excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to interact professionally with clients. Proficiency in computer literacy is a must, with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite. Organizational skills are crucial for managing tasks and maintaining order in the office. Experience or ability in handling phone operations is required, including taking and delivering messages with accuracy. Knowledge of phone etiquette is essential for professional interaction with clients over the phone. Familiarity with Tabs3 software is beneficial for managing client matters, contacts, and calendars. Proficiency in time entries is necessary for accurate record-keeping and billing. Experience in providing phone coverage, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently is required.
