Looking for a Full-time Manager for our apartments in Chattanooga.
$17/hour 9-5 Mon-Fri.
Duties include:
Answering Phones
Checking security cameras
Finding resources such as vendors or organizations
Scanning documents
Collecting payments
Keeping track and directing maintenance to work orders and unit repairs.
Keeping a tidy area
Overall being a stable presence at the office.
Past Managerial experience is a big plus. Apartment or Restaurant or otherwise.
