Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in Cordova, Tennessee. This role primarily functions in the HVAC industry, where you will be coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and managing other related tasks. You will be based in a relaxed, casual work environment that values open communication and efficiency.Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls related to HVAC issues and coordinate the dispatch of crews accordingly Communicate with customers to schedule their HVAC check-ups and ensure timely service Utilize the management system to keep track of customer inquiries and responses Order necessary parts for HVAC services as required Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer credit applications Utilize ADP - Financial Services for any billing functions Maintain open lines of communication with both customers and internal teams Ensure all schedules are coordinated effectively and efficiently Answer any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and timeliness Oversee the monitoring of customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services. Experience with Management Systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of coordinating schedules effectively and efficiently. Experience in billing functions. Ability to answer and handle incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally. Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with computer software and office equipment.
