Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated multicraft maintenance technicians for a manufacturing facility in Gordonsville, TN. This role involves performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance and repair of various machinery such as extrusion presses, hydraulics, gearboxes, bearings, furnaces, gas ovens, anodizing, painting, and press machines.Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery.
Conduct maintenance and repairs on machinery including extrusion presses, hydraulics, gearboxes, bearings, furnaces, gas ovens, anodizing, painting, and press machines.
Read and understand blueprints and schematics.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair tasks.
Handle welding and industrial maintenance tasks.
Work with mechanical, pneumatics, and electrical systems including 3-phase motors and PLC troubleshooting.
Essential Skills
Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and schematics.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
Skill in welding and handling 3-phase electrical systems.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
