We are seeking a dedicated personal care aide to join our team in providing essential care and support to seniors and persons with disabilities in a home community setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting individuals with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
## Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor signs under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Provide direct support to seniors and persons with disabilities with care needs
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information
## Requirements
- Experience in senior care, long-term care, or home community care is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
- Understanding of ADLs and providing personal care assistance
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards seniors
- Certification in caregiving or related field is a plus
