We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments.
Responsibilities
Install and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose and repair issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot equipment effectively.
Perform appliance repairs as needed to ensure optimal functionality of HVAC systems.
Provide field service support for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Handle ammonia refrigeration systems safely and efficiently when required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
Familiarity with air conditioning systems and property maintenance practices is essential.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC equipment.
Experience with appliance repair is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is beneficial.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in the field.
Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $20.28 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
