Summary This is FTE neutral. Current open requisition #20107 will be used for this position. The PI coordinator position will be converted to a manager position. No additional FTE being requested. Responsibilities Oversees all areas of data collection related to quality management and improvement, working in close collaboration with data leadership to collect, compile, organize, and report data through appropriate channels. Utilizing the performance improvement process, develops and implements quality improvement initiatives and goals, proactively communicating, educating, and updating leadership, providers, and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to standardization of systems, identification of efficiencies, integration of performance improvement strategies, support of strategic nursing business initiatives, processes, and communication plans which support nursing and quality goal attainment while fostering patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works collaboratively with all hospital departments to improve performance metrics. Will assist with visual management for the departments. Will supervise and oversee members of the quality team. Will assist Department Director with quality and PI initiatives. Requirements, Preferences and Experience 5 years clinical setting experience.Quality and performance improvement experience within last 5 years. Master's degree required.
