Equipment Operator – Site Grading & Utilities (Cordova, TN)
We’re building two new RV parks in the Cordova area and need an experienced equipment operator for steady, long-term work.
You should have:
Strong skills running excavators, dozers, loaders and tractor and pan scraper
Experience reading plans and working to grade
Knowledge of underground storm drainage and utility prep
Ability to finish sites to final grade, ready for construction
Dependable work ethic and attention to detail
