We are looking for a dedicated AP Accounting Asst II WFH like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsAs an A/P Accounting Assistant, you will process the OnBase A/P activity, check requests, handle check disbursement and engages as a customer service liaison for all Accounts Payable (AP) customers.What you will do in this role:

Serve as the primary AP point of contact for assigned clinical locations supporting both internal and external customers.

Perform data entry for various financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy, including invoices, credit memos, check requests and other internal AP documents

Support financial accuracy through professional verbal and written communication to customer base.

Review and monitor GL coding prior to payment issuance.

Gather, review and submit required vendor maintenance documentation per internal policies.

Audit provider payments and update internal databases to ensure contractual guidelines are maintained

Coordinate overnight delivery of packages requiring urgent payments.

Update and maintain lease database

Review monthly forecast reports and approving rent payments

Perform statement audits related to assigned clinical locations using Excel tools.

Participate with AP management in completing the annual 1099 review.

Assist with the onboarding and training of new AP departmental staff.

Participate in educational and team building activities.

What qualifications you will need:

High school diploma or GED is required

1 year of experience in accounts payable or similar experience

Experience in healthcare is preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
