Brand Communications Specialist

Description We are searching for a Brand Communications Specialist to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role focuses on the creation and distribution of brand communications across various departments, playing a significant role in sharing our story with diverse internal and external audiences.Responsibilities Develop communications that support our brand story, including reports, web pages, emails, social media posts, videos and other publications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, HR, and others to create communications materials. Identify compelling stories and themes across the organization that exemplify our culture and values. Proo communications materials to ensure consistency, adherence to style guide, and factual accuracy. Manage projects related to communications that support our brand story. Adapt writing style for different media, including print, digital, and video. Understand and apply communication tactics to contribute to our broader brand strategy. Utilize medical terminology, conditions, and service lines for clinically focused content. Ensure all communications materials are in line with our brand style guide. Utilize excellent writing skills and editorial ability to create easy-to-understand contentRequirements Possess strong communication and marketing skills Have knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Coverage Ability to manage and optimize Social Media channels and Websites for brand awareness Experience in Digital Marketing and Media Management Proficient in Video Production and Editing Excellent prooing skills and an eye for detail Ability to create and manage Editorial Content and Publications Experience in dealing with different stakeholders Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language and TACTICS is a plus Familiarity with Voice Over techniques in video production Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
