Description Our client, a dynamic company managing a growing portfolio of residential properties across the US, seeks a highly motivated and communicative IT Manager to build and lead their Nashville team.About the Role:
Be the on-the-ground IT leader in Nashville, extending the reach of their headquarters.
Build and manage a high-performing IT team of 4-7 individuals (with potential for growth).
Oversee all IT operations, alongside a counterpart in headquarters, for our 240+ properties across 22 states.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a growing IT team in Nashville.
Manage and implement IT infrastructure to support a geographically dispersed organization.
Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
Implement and maintain ticketing systems for efficient issue resolution.
Possess a basic understanding of SSO and cybersecurity best practices.
Travel approximately 15% of the time to visit properties across the US.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (critical for success!).
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure administration.
Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT service management practices.
Basic understanding of SSO and cybersecurity principles.
