Aerotek is seeking a Production Supervisor for a reputable manufacturing facility in Nashville, TN!This opening is an urgent need and can start ASAP!Job Title: Production SupervisorLocation: Nashville, TNShift: 2nd ShiftPay: $60,000 - $75,000Job Details:
Responsible for 10-13 production associates at a time.
Must assure that production, quality, and breakdown information is clearly communicated to next shift supervisor and team leaders.
Will be responsible for tracking production and KPIs on a daily basis and reporting information.
Will be production scheduling and create day to day action plan based on demand, labor, and materials available.
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
Experience in an OEM or Supplier automotive environment.
Experience managing a production line.
Experience in continuous improvement.
