Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project's scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts.
Responsibilities
Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
Providing technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development and implementation of process improvement.
Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

Previous experience supporting and managing projects in Finance, Credit and operations.
Strong ability to not only lead a project and a group of SMEs but also actively participate in project work and support in the requirements for delivery/Implementation.
6 Sigma background
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Degree Requirement:
A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 5 years exempt experience in project or change management is recommended.
Additional Information:
This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.
