The Value Based Programs Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.Humana is seeking an individual to provide support for its expansion of value-based programs, working heavily with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success in the value-based space. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and valuation of new programs, as well as the maintenance of current programs.
Utilizes SQL, SAS, Power BI, and other technical skills to drive process improvement and assist markets in managing their value-based relationships
Works inter-departmentally with service fund and accounts payable teams to track and maintain the financials of our value-based programs
Supports provider engagement goals by meeting with program participants to discuss reporting and program performance
Assists in producing reports and completing ad hoc requests using Excel, PowerPoint, SAS and other various analytical tools
Provides support for current value-based agreements
Aids in the evaluation and expansion of all value-based programs into new markets and business areas

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
