Bussers are the backbone of service — ensuring tables are pristine and the dining room flows seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Support servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
Maintain cleanliness across dining areas and service stations
Refill water and assist in anticipating guest needs
Help prepare the room for service and breakdown at close
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an upscale restaurant preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
