Casual Food & Beverage Attendant

We are looking for someone who has a friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion to exceed guest expectations.This is a casual role, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Managers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets including: Courtyard Restaurant, Olims Bar & Bistro, Bottle Shop, Room Service, Minibar and Conference & Events.Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.Greeting & welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries & restaurant bookings. Assisting guests with menu offerings & maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge.Set up & pack down of conference rooms
