Turner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.In an Associate Director/Director position in our Cost Management team:Provide confident leadership and play an instrumental role in the growth of the  ACT business unit in line with the business vision.Help deliver projects across the country and collaborate with a variety of different clients. Mentor our team to help grow their careers. Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.Responsible for pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plans.Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stage.
